This tome releases static to the touch. It's out of plane in Garde Tum. Was it lost here long ago and worshipped by the residents? Perhaps it provided power to their engines of war. Increases lightning based dammage by 10%.

Tempest Tome Notes & Tips

  • It fires electrical bolts that pierce foes
  • It's RT attack(when using only 1 weapon) launches three tightly spread electrical bolts that usually stun when all three hit
  • Paired with the Wisp  Aura the one orb electrical attack can be a high damage dealing base attack
