- In the Central Sanctuary, near the falling traps near the entrance to Aldwynn . Go to the right side of the traps and do not trigger them by using the underground pathway. From go up the ladder where there is a lever, and then bounce off from one trap/platform to another until reaching the ledge with the item.

AnonymousTo the right of Central Sanctuary, there are two spike traps that fall from above. If you approach from the left rather than from the Sanctuary so that they don't drop down, you can climb a ladder and then jump atop them to reach a +2 version of this weapon.
Just a warning, smoldering guillotine ability for this sword only works in slot 1 because you have to jump before using it.
