Storm Caller in an Ability in Death's Gambit. Abilities are special skills that can be performed depending on the Weapons you have equipped (much like Dark Souls 3). Ability use consumes Soul Energy, that you get from performing specific actions based on your Class. They are used strategically due to the soul energy they consume. In order to gain access these abilities, they must first be obtained and learned. Abilities are obtained by either learning them from Sorun's talent tree, obtained from NPCs, or found in various areas.

- Effect: Create a massive sword and strike enemies in front of you. Increases longsword damage by 25% for 8 seconds.

How to unlock Storm Caller
- Can be learned from the Acolyte Lizard for 900 shards.
- Can be learned from Bulwark's Heroic Rematch icon for x shards.
Storm Caller Tips & Tricks
- Upgrading the Haste stat as well as equipping Armor and Auras that affect Haste will decrease the cooldown time of abilities.

Not sure if the "how to unlock" information is confusingly written or incorrect. After you defeat the Bulwark, you don't need to fight him again in a heroic rematch, just go back to his room and there's a floating thingy there. "Talk" with it and you can either do a heroic rematch or learn abilities including this one and the Essence of Lightning magic.
