      This ability has been heavily nerfed and no longer functions this way.
      It was first nerfed to "Energy weapons require no soul energy to use for 10 seconds after using an ability."

      It was then further nerfed to "Energy weapons require no soul energy to use for 6 seconds after using an ability." as of 6/16/2021.
